I was wounderin if there was anyspecific reason why MBM5 is saying that my 3.3V rail is at 1.52v? my 5v is fine low is 4.9 v. is this a sign that my PS is dying?
 
I doubt your rig would function if your 3.3V rail was really that low. Doesn't the memory and AGP run on the 3.3V rail?
 
In the voltage meu, under voltage configuration, are you selecting the right configuration that matches your motherboard?

Running MBM5 on my computer with an Epox 8KHA+ mb, I had initially selected the first configuration which was slightly different from my Epox config. My readings for the 5v and 12v were fine, but my 3.3v only showed 1.5v. After I selected the second correct config, my 3.3v read as 3.24-3.26v.

Hope your problem is as easily solved as this one was.
