I'm building my first computer right now, and i'mgoing for quiet. For PS, i'mdeciding between a zalman noiseless or an enermax whisper. both in the 300-350v range. does it really make a difference which i get? i've heard good and bad reviews for both regarding performance and sound, so i really don't know what to believe. Also, is it simple to change the fans in a power supply? I keep reading in the forums that people do it. would i be able to if i wanted?
 
I have the Enermax whisper (365VE(FC))and it doesn't seem that quiet to me. From following this forum, there seems to be significant variation either in how quiet these PSU's are or in different people's perceptions of what's quiet. I just bought a Zalman to replace my Enermax and will post to the forum once I have a chance to compare them.
