im wounderin what all the cords commin out of my PS are for there are 4 onrs for HD and CD roms 2 for floopies and 1 for the mobo butthen theres this strange lookin ofn that has mor pins then the HD and CDrom ones and im wounderin what its used for
 
I dont really know but I would guess it is another power connection to a different mobo platform. If you ware using an AMD system, then the stray one is the one that goes for p4 system.
 
o ok thats cool just wounderin what it was for. sence im not using it can i splice some fan wires into it so there not runnin off the mobo?
