Lately I've been having problems with my computer rebooting occasionally. When this happens, it is often very difficult to boot back into windows. I noticed that the 5.0V rail on my Antec TruePower 380Watt has been running at about 4.3 volts. Does this sound like the problem? Currently, I underclocked my system to help with stability. Thanks all!
