Power Supply Question

Lately I've been having problems with my computer rebooting occasionally. When this happens, it is often very difficult to boot back into windows. I noticed that the 5.0V rail on my Antec TruePower 380Watt has been running at about 4.3 volts. Does this sound like the problem? Currently, I underclocked my system to help with stability. Thanks all!

4.3V is WAAAAAAY to low I'm supprised your system even works w/ that voltage, replace / RMA your PSU right away or remove stuff if you are overloading the PSU, if your in the market for a new one I'd suggest this one Fortron 530W Power Supply, Model "FSP530-60GNA" -RETAIL
