Power supply question

I have picked up parts and built a new computer. It doesn't seem to run very well and I can't install windows without it freezing up. My case is a raidmax storm with a 350 watt power supply. Is this power supply decent enough to run an Athlon 2800+, a7n8x mb, and a 9800 pro?
 
the wattage is high enough but personally i dont like raidmax PSUs

safer to go with antec, vantec, enermax, fortron, thermaltake, pc power and cooling
 
I took out the 9800 pro and things are fine now. I put my friends gf2 in and windows installed. If I switch the power supply, will I need to reinstall or will it be ok?
