Power supply problems???

My setup:
ABIT KT7A RAID
AMD 1100 mhz Tbird
Kingmax 128mb PC150
30GB Quantum LM ATA 66
2 20gb ATA 1000 maxtors in RAID 0
AIW RADEON

My problems are as follows. The computer sometimes locks randomly or becomes REAL SLOW and then a blue screen turns up saying system is busy etc. Then I have to reboot. At first I thought it was my memory bt my Kingmax runs 222 at 150mhz. And has been working well in my previos PIII machine. Then I thought its my RAID 0 setup. I deleted raid and set them up as 2 20gb ATA 100 drives on the raid controller. Problems still happening. Now I am thinking power supply? I have a SPI 300 watt PS that has worked real well for my PIII system at 864 mhz. are PS problems like what I would describe up there? I mean this happens even if I underclock the processor so I don't think its the processor. Anyone have any thoughts?

Anyone I know there is alot of knowledge here?!?! Can it be hard disk related? I do have a bad cluster on my quantum but I don't think it should cause lockups and blue screens. It really feels like a ram or PS error.

Sounds like heat to me... 🙁

That's a pretty fast T-bird. Is it using retail HS/fan or something you put on?
