Power Supply problems

I have an older Antec 300 watt pp303x (I think that's the right model number), that will reboot if slightly touched. Also if I nudge the computer it will reboot. Any ideas? Is the power supply salvagable, or should I just get a new one?

Thanks

That sounds like a component short or break, it could be an accident waiting to happen, literally. I would replace it as soon as possible. Are you certain that it is the PSU, and not something else, like frayed wire shorting against the case/chassis inside?

I had a similer problem, turned out some things might of been loose, I would check to see if everything is in place, ide cables, etc.

I don't think it's a cable issue, I've even switched cases. Other weird problems are my cd-rom won't close when plugged in. Hrmm...looks like I need a new psupply.
