Epox 8rga+, inwin s500 case with 300w ps, creative labs 56k modem.
the issue is strange, the pc starts up, gets into windows just fine. i shutdown the pc, and it can't be turned back on until i flip the black switch on the power supply off, wait a couple seconds and then flip it back into the on position and hit the button on the front of the case.
i have tried several things, taken out all pci devices, all case led connectors, etc.
i have the latest bios, and am stuck as of now. it isn't the button on the case either, same thing happened turning on the computer by shorting the two pins with tweezers. any help is appreciated.
