Acceptable limits:

+ - 3% on the CPU core, 3.3V, and 5.0V lines

+ - 5% to 6% on the +12.0V

+ - 10% on the -5.0V and -12.0V.

I know that CPUs and memory are usually specified at + - 5%, but usually this indicates a power supply or connection problem.
