I got my second PSU workin great, i just ran a tap from 14 to 14 (green to green) and 15 to 15 (black to black). That works great. Then i got my hands on a third. I figured why just keep it sitting around? So i ran another tap from the main 14 to the new 14 and the main black to the new black, just as i did for the second one, but the third one doesn't turn on. Any suggestions?

In theory, yeah it should work if you parallel the input voltages.

I'd check the internal fuse if it doesn't come on as that is the most likely culprit. If that is good odds are the psu is bad.
