Power supply for FX 8350 and HD 7850

Yes. I would highly recommend a good quality power supply though, and not some random cheap POS. That said, a Corsair CX500 is one PSU that is cheap and actually quite good.
 
A good quality 400W unit can handle that but overclocking will require 500W to be safe, as the FX-8350 can chew quite a lot of watts fast.

OT: If you're building a gaming setup, I'd highly recommend Intel i5 over FX-8350.
