Power Supply for EVGA GTX 480

Is a Cooler Master GX 750W power supply sufficient to power this system:

AMD Phenom II 1090T | MSI 890FXA-GD70 | 2x2GB Super Talent DDR3 2133 | EVGA GeForce GTX 480 (Standard Edition) | Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB | HP bd340i

The system will also include an SSD drive for the OS and some programs. As far as I know the power impact of an SSD is negligible though.

The power supply claims up to 60A on the 12V rail. According to the 480's specs, EVGA recommends a minimum of 42A on the 12V rail.

I am concerned that for this particular power supply, which only has one 12V rail, that it will not adequately power the system in question. Purchasing a new power supply is certainly an option, but I would rather re-use this one if possible and save a few bucks.

A quality 600W PSU has power enough for handling the GTX480. Therefore, the Cooler Mster GX750 (Seventeam) will run it. Anyway, that PSU is not the best one that you can get from Cooler Master. The ripple/noise levels on the minor outputs are out of specification at high loads and this can even damage any component of your computer. That's why I can't recommend it.

Nowadays the Corsair TX650 is at 62$ (after MIR and shipping included) in neweeg. It's a good deal.

Thank you for the link to those review tables. There is a lot of information there that I never looked into before. As a result, I am now curious about some of the other power supplies I've got floating around.

RAIDMAX was not listed on that page. Are they simply re-branding some other company's power supplies? Is there an easy way to find out who actually makes some of these off-brands to try and find a review for them?

I wasted my entire morning looking through Google, Yahoo and Bing results with no luck trying to find such an in-depth review of RAIDMAX units as were listed on the site you linked...
