Power Supply for Amd

I'm planning on upgrading my current rig with a new mobo and cpu. I have a 340 watt powersupply and I'm planning on putting in:

AMD XP 2700
1 200 gig hard drive
1 Geforce 2 (old video card)
512 Megs of ram
Santa Cruz Audio Card
Lite On CD-RW
Pioneer DVD drive

--edited for missing components

This machine is purely for surfing so no need for anything super fancy.

Do you think a 340 watt powersupply would be sufficient enough to drive this. This is the default power supply that came with my inwin case previously.

Thanks for your help in advance

should be sufficent, make sure its a name brand psu though. btw, why would you need a 2700+ for surfing?

I actually got the cpu for free from my friend. So i decided to upgrade.

Thanks for the quick responses
