Thinking of upgrading from 2500+ & fx5900 128mb to A64 3500+ 90nm & 6800 gt.

Currently own 350W ps

Do I need to upgrade ps also?

even a good 350W PSU will be stressed by an a64 3500+ and a 6800GT. if you plan on overclocking at all, replace it. otherwise, presuming that it is a quality unit, it should be ok. if you decide to replace it, i reccomend the Fortron 530W PSU. Excellent PSU and very economical ($75 + shipping from newegg)
