Power Supply and Voltages

I currently am getting 1.31v off my -12 line
12.22 on my 12v
1.57 on -5

are these a problem i just installed anooother dvd/r-w drive and it wont show up all the time... everything is hooked up fine is power the problem?

how in the name of god do you have 1.57 on the 5?!!! shut down NOW and remove the PSU....

He said -5V, not 5V. What exactly uses these negative voltages anyway?

It seems negative rails are often weird, but I dont know if that is a problem. About the DVD drive, have you tried another cable?

I will do that but when I installed it I just swapped it out with a cd-burner... the second time I booted up it showed up in Windows... now it does not.. I am going to check bois...

Well it shows up in the bios correctly but nothign under device man... I think im just going to format
