I will be recieving a T-Bird 950 and a motherboard in the mail soon. I also have a 40GB 7200 RPM Hard Drive, A CD-R drive, A DVD ROM Drive, and 4 PCI Slots are filled. I have an antec 300W power supply... Will this be sufficient to power everything?

should be enough, i have dual cpu system + 4 hard drive + cd-rw drive + dvd drive + 2 X network card + 3 fans + 2 X hard drives cooller + matrox card + sblive run fine with 300w aopen ps, but i just upgrade my ps to enermax 350w because i want to put 2 more hard drive and for a future reason
