Power Supplies for Dummies Question... Please Help!

I'm building a computer and have chosen all the components I'd like to put in it.

What kind of power supply do you think will be sufficient for this:

Athlon 1.0 T-Bird
Epox EP-8K7a
VisionTek GeForce 2 Ti-200
512 MB Crucial DDR RAM
SB X-Gamer Sound

Will a 300wt power supply do the trick or should I opt for 350?

Either way is there a specific case you recommend? If 300 is enough I am looking at the Antec SX630. It has two fans and the 300wt power. What do you think??

a 300 watt PSU is fine, i know several people running a similar mobo / cpu combo with a 300 watter
