Good Day,

Recently I've installed on a PII233 the Windwos2000AdvancedServer. When I shut-down, I have to press the power button for about 4 seconds to power-off the computer. That's okay, I can live with that ... the problem is, after some time (like an hour or so), the computer starts up by himself ... what's up?

I checked for the bios settings, but could not find something about it.

You have any ideas?

You need to go back into the BIOS and look for items such as "Power Off" Option and also for "Wake On" options. For the Power Off feature you will want to set it to "Instant Off" and for the Wake On items you need to disable them.
