Power on or off?

I cannot figure out which symbol on a pump i'm trying to charge for my air matress is off and which one is on.

One looks like a horizontal line, the other a circle. Anyone??

It's a 1 or a 0.

Plug in the power, and push button. If you see light, it's on.

In my mind it should be opposite, just by looking at the symbols.
