Hello

So about a 3 days ago I started getting a Blue screen of Death everytime I loaded up Windows 7. The error was a 116 so I did what was go on the Windows Forums and post for help. There I followed all there instructions and uploaded a the dump of the error: (http://sdrv.ms/1ao29ZG). So I followed there instructions:

  1. Remove all Overclock on my CPU
  2. Booting up in safe mode
  3. Removing all Drivers with Driver Sweeper and re installing updated Drivers and Direct X
  4. Running Memtest86 for 2 hours and see that there are no errors
  5. Run OCCTPT for 2 hours and make sure it's working alright
and it all was went well but when I restarted my PC...the same Bluescreen happened again...So at this point they suggested I use my copy of Windows 7 and reinstall some files on the system32 file threw the repair option.

So I go get my copy from my shelve and turn on my PC and nothing comes up on the screen. No video signal was being sent to my Monitor so I started to do basic trouble shooting for THIS new problem. I made sure everything was connected alright and it was so I decided to open her up the case. I notice some strange things happening inside:

  1. One of the CM 212 doesn't completely turn on until for about 3 seconds and then starts working normally
  2. My HDD Light on my case doesn't turn on for the first 5 seconds and then Blinks 3 times and turns off again and repeats itself again and again.
So I did what you would normally do which is start to rule out possibilities by taking her apart and re assembling her from scratch. Didn't help much. I also attempted to turn her on with only 1 Memory stick and changing the position of my GPU on the Motherboard and still nothing. Also changed the HDD with another one and it didn't work.

Anyone have any suggestion's as to what may be the problem?

Here are my PC's specs: http://valid.canardpc.com/show_oc.php?id=2069949

Switch over to Intel graphics HDMI port and take the 560 Ti out of the equation. You may have to switch to onboard graphics in the BIOS first but, I think your BIOS is new enough that the default setting is auto. If you get signal via the onboard, then the problem lies with your 560 Ti.

So I did this and it still didn't send any signal to my monitor.

You might try physically removing the 560TI card from your system to see if it is preventing the system from reverting to the onboard graphics.

If you are running a physical hard drive, it also wouldn't hurt to run a hard drive diagnostic (via a bootable ISO from the drive manufacturer) to see if you have a pending hard drive failure. Also, try booting from a Linux live CD of your choice to see if you can browse normally and access the graphical desktop. This would at least allow you to eliminate Windows as the source of the problem, anyway.

What make and model of power supply do you have? How old is it? It is possible for a system to be able to boot but still BSOD because it isn't getting enough juice from the power supply.
