Power needed for new system?

I am looking at an upgrade to a Athalon XP 2500+, with an ASUS A7N8X Deluxe, and two 256MB sticks of 333DDR. I initially, don't intend to OC, but you never know. I also have two HDs, a DVD drive, and a CDRW. Is an Antec TruePower 330W sufficient? I am looking at getting it now with some quieter fans since the 300W I have right now sounds like my computer might fly away (friend got me the case when I bought his old stuff (long story)).

if your budget can handle it...get 2x512 ...excellent time to grab as it seems to be edging up(memory chips are a commodity..)..

I'm probably going to get the power supply and some fans soon, b/c I am tired of hearing the ones I have. I am planning to wait on the CPU/mobo/RAM unitl the 400 FSB AMDs come out. Then I'm banking on the 2500+ going down in price as Annandtech prophisized in a recent article.

I think you will *probably* be ok with that, but not sure, are those hard drives 7200 rpm's?

One is a 5400, but my main one is a 7200.
