What happens if the power led is not connected? will my pc work?
I just bought this mobo ECS K7S5A DDR paired w/ 1.4 & Mushkin 512 PC2100 DDR, only to realize that there are only 2 pins for the power led........I have 2 cases and both of them have three pins for the power led (middle is empty)

Hope you can help me out.

Bob

the power LED is absolutely not necessary for the computer to boot. all you really need connected is some sort of PWR switch

I had the same problem with my ECS K7AMA.

To connect the power LED use a small screwdriver (or something) and little bit 'o' force and pull out one of the wires from the side of the header, hopefully the wire didn't snap and the crimp is still on the end, if so simply push it into the middle socket and you are good to go.
