Power is so confusing

My build:

Asus P5K
E6750
2x1Gb DDR2 800
EVGA 8800GTS (320mb)
Seagate 160gb
Dvd Rw
Dvd R
2 120mm fans
~2 additional cards

I will be overclocking the CPU and Video card but not that much.
It said I only needed ~350W with the eXtreme Power Supply Calculator so should I go for the 520HX or will the 450VX be more than sufficient?
 
The 450 should be sufficient, however I would go with the 520 for modular ability. Plus it can be found for not much more after rebate.

Agreed. 450 is enough but 520 is the better value.
