Power Distro Block or Fanbus?

So today I discovered that instead of spending $14 on a fanbus, I could just go to a used electronics store near me and buy a power distro block with a lot more connectors for alot less <$5. So which is better?

they're BOTH good. the difference is buying one versus making one.

i made my own out of a radio shack project box and some speaker terminals, but a power block type thing should work just the same. i'd say go for the inexpensive method!

The power block is like about 1/4 as thick as the Speaker terminal one, and I definitely dont mind turning a screw if it means alomost flush mounting to my case.
