If I'm reading the chart correctly, the 2.2GHz dual-core Opteron will dissipate only 55W at 1.15V. By comparison, my Tbird-1400 dissipates more than that.
The 1.6 GHz dual-core would be sitting pretty at 30W. 1.6GHz puts it around the 2600+ or 2700+ rating, right? So while it's not going to break any speed records, you could slap 2 of these in a dual-socket Opteron mainboard and have a quad system at only 60W! Sign me up!
