Power concerns

I'm trying to figure out if I need a new PSU for a setup I am putting together.

Currently I have a Enermax 350w with the following hardware:

Epox 8K3A+
Athlon XP 2200+ (1.8ghz, wrong PR maybe)
768mb PC2100 DDR ram
40gb Maxtor 7200rpm HDD
Generic 52x32x52 CD-RW drive
nVidia fx5200 video card (o/c'd a little)
SB PCI128 sound card
3com 10/100 ethernet nic

I'm looking to get an AXP-M 2400/2500, oc it 400mhz or so, along with dropping my motherboard for a new epox 8rda3+, new ddr ram for overclocking, everything else will stay the same. I don't have extra lights or anything, 3 generic 80mm fans and all the hardware listed above. Will this Enermax either 1) not give me enough juice before I even get to oc'ing or 2) limit me to pure stock speeds on my new hardware, and if so what type of PSU am I looking into buying to support my ventures of overclocking?

any and all suggestions appreciated.

thanks 😀

thanks for the response I remember I got this enermax for something like $20 during a nice sale at directron.com(i think that's the place), now all I can seem to find is $50+ 350w ones, it's probably worth it for having a stable o/c'd system, since mine has trouble running my games, but I'm only 15 so I'm looking for the cheapest stuff I can get ;p

again, thanks for the quick response.
