Power button problem

Probably mobo related, so I post here.
I'm trying to set hibernation on my desktop. I set that when I press the power button, it hibernates. However, everytime I press it, the computer reboot (go to posting screen).
The power button also don't work to shut down function also. It go to posting screen also. Standby is kinda working. Computer go to stand by if I set the button to do that. However, I can't resume from stand by pressing the power button again. (but can if I resume by hitting some key on the keyboard...)

Mobo is P5B Deluxe Wifi with E6300. The case is Antec P150 with NeoHE 430 PSU. I try setting the mode of suspend to S3. Also try S1/Auto but all the same result.

Any thought?? I have latest BIOS on my board (0804).

You may have one of the case connections backwards. I was just fiddling with mine, as I installed a new board yesterday.

Go into Bios and under ur power/apm...i'm not too sure, there should be the power button settings....instant off or suspend.

I have verified the case connectors, and it's correct. (for the power SW, it shouldn't be matter anyway, right?)
Unfortunately, my bios doesn't have power button settings option...
On power menu, there's only
1. Suspend mode (S1, S3 or Auto - set to S3)
2. ACPI 2.0 Support (enabled)
3. APCI APIC Support (enabled)
4. APM Config (setup wake up from suspend based on periperial, no power button option)
5. HW Monitor

Do I need any special driver for this board?

I partially solved the problem.
I have Asus AiSuite utility installed. There's a service called "AiNap" comes with the utility, which is Asus's own suspend mode implementation. That is the one that screwed up.
I disabled the service then hibernation and suspend are working like it should.
However, if I set the button to shutdown (under windows config), it is still rebooting.
