power button delay

Hi im just wondering if its possible to change the power button so that it turns off the computer right away instead of you having to hold it down for 5 seconds or so. I tried looking in the BIOS settings but cant seem to find anything. I have an ASUS K8V SE if that helps.

thanks

Is it that hard to hold it down 5 secs? lol j/k If you can, than it will be in bios, but I have not heard of this.

Should be in Bios under Power Management Setup (or something similar) Find the Power Button Function and choose Instant Off instead of Delay 4 Seconds. 😉
