Power Adapter for Toshiba 430CDT Laptop

I'm helping someone find a power adapter/cord for their Toshiba 430CDT(PA1230UVCD) laptop. The power adapters I've found that are supposed to be compatible have the typical round barrel connector on the end to plug into the computer. This Toshiba has a two-prong connector on the back. Does that mean it doesn't need an AC adapter, just a two-prong power cord?
