U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell said Friday some of his dramatic testimony to the U.N. Security Council weeks before the Iraq war was based on "flawed sources" and appeared not to be "solid."

Powell's speech before the Security Council on February, 5, 2003, was a major event in the Bush administration's effort to win international support for its contention that war against Iraq was justified because Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction.

Dude, that's pure poo. A flawed source doesn't become flawed ex post facto. Next thing you know the ISG will claim they aren't looking for WMD. Instead they are looking to see if Saddam intended to make some WMD.
