Don't know if this is considered highly technical or not, but I'm fascinated by these things and want to build my own. POV, or persistance of vision clocks.

Ok so I did a search for any combination of POV and clocks on these forums and can't find anything, so I hope this isn't a repost.

Has anyone on here built one, seen one or own one (commercially made perhaps?)
