Potluck at work

So we have a potluck Wednesday at work (a lot of people in our group... probably over a hundred I'm guessing). Anyway, they're providing turkey and ham. Because of that I don't want to bring any meat dish. I also don't have anything like a crockpot and we don't eat until noon (I get to work at 7:30am) so I don't think a warm dish will work. I do cook quite a bit, but small meals for myself, not dishes for everyone else.

Anyone have some suggestions? Preferably something easy but still good. I'm leaning toward something like a dessert or pasta salad (balsamic+evoo+pasta+basil+cheese+vegetables sounds good).

This isn't an option for you as you have no crock pot and don't want to make a meat dish, but when my work has their pot lucks, I usually bring gumbo.

I make it mild for work (when I make it for myself, I add a LOT of spice), but since I live by Chicago, most of the people at work are into milder foods.
50% of the people love it.
50% of the people comment that it's too spicy.

if you are a costco member or know somebody who is. go get a box of those creame puffs imported from Holland.

yum yum yum yummmmmmmyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

I'm bringing Buckeyes!

(For those non-Ohioans... they are peanut butter balls dunked in chocolate, made to resemble the Buckeye nut.)

"Brownies" 😉 / cookies / etc.

Taco Layer Dip and Chips

My sister-in-law makes a mean taco salad. (served cold)

Cheese & cracker tray (I know kinda cheesy)

Tuna or Chicken or Pasta or Potato Salad (My wife makes a cheese tortellini salad with italian dressing and green/red/yellow peppers, she also makes one with rotini (sprial) noodles, greek dressing and feta cheese)

We used to have a pot luck from time to time here at work and this one guy would always bring in Chili. We would always rave about it too, but he would never give up his recepie. So the last day this guy's working with us... he brings in his recepie... it's a can of chili he bought from Costco... lol I think we all about died laughing at ourselves.

I'm making a pasta salad like that for our pot luck. Spiral colored pasta, cubed cheddar and pepperoni, diced red onion and green pepper. Italian and raspberry vinaigrette dressing to taste.
