Somewhat carefully thought out but I just want to check and see if there's something I'm missing or if there might be something I need to change out

Already have:
Rocketfish aluminum case
620w Corsair PSU
Zalman 9500
obligatory KB, mouse, speakers

About to pull the trigger on the rest:
Xeon X3350 Quad core CPU
Asus PQ5 Pro
OCZ Reaper HPC Edition 4GB (2 x 2GB)1.8v pc6400
2 x 1TB Seagates for storage
2 x 30 gb OCZ SSD for the OS
EVGA GTX260 core 216 video card
Sony DVD burner

Why buy the slower 2.66GHz X3350 when you could get the faster 2.83GHz Q9550 for less money?
Are you getting a killer deal on the Xeon or something like that?

* X3350: Quad core / 2.66GHz / 1333MHz FSB / 12MB L2 cache / 45nm
MMX, SSE, SSE2, SSE3, SSE4, EM64T

* Q9550: Quad core / 2.83GHz / 1333MHz FSB / 12MB L2 cache / 45nm
MMX, SSE, SSE2, SSE3, SSE4, EM64T

"OCZ Fatal1ty Edition 4GB (2x2GB) PC6400"
BTW, You realize that you have to push 2.1v to this memory, rather than the standard 1.8v?
I would buy the OCZ Reaper Edition (1.8v), if you're locked into the OCZ brand.

OCZ SSDs will disappoint, I really suggest either going with an intel SSD or just getting a velociraptor.

Oops, I overlooked the OCZ SSD HDs.
Yes, go with a VelociRaptor version instead of the OCZ HDs :thumbsup:;)
