It varies depending on my workload, but I try to get as much sleep in as possible.

I don?t like coffee, so I usually down a can of Red Bull if I need a quick fix during the day.

I get about 8 hours a night now that I got no school or work. Problem is, I get about 6 hours 'effective' since I moved my bed to the first floor 2 weeks back... People won't shut the hell up in the morning and I got no door in the room I sleep in. Maybe I should start sleeping earlier than 3am so I don't overlap 'busy' time in the morning.

>He swings a sword around for exercise, it's obvious where he's coming from. Nerdlingers are

Fencing is an Olympic sport, although NCAA Nationals is the farthest my team has gone. It's great exercise for both mind and body. It takes a lot of concentration and coordination to control your body such that you don't telegraph your intent to your opponent while still achieving optimum reach, strength, and positioning.

You are doing yourself a disservice by dismissing the sport and calling the practitioners names when you probably haven't even tried it. Of course people who sound like useless socialites scared of smelling like sweat for the length of a practice session would be utterly incapable anyway.

I used to need 8.5+ every night, but just recently something inside me changed. I'm not sure why, but I find myself waking up earlier and not feeling as tired. Last few months I have averaged about 7 hours of sleep per night and felt fine, and I don't rely on caffeine either.
