Please contact me if your are still interested in Car Pooling to Chi Town for the AMD Event. I am from the Metro Detroit Area. I am willing to split the cost of the gas & parking.

I sent you a PM. Reply at your convenience. Its not a surefire thing, it depends on if my friends want to go. I have never driven that far so I am trying to get a friend to drive and in return the rest of the passengers split gas and parking.

Do you have to finish the show to able to get the offer? Or you can just pick it up and leave? I don't have enough time..I have to leave before 6 pm..but the show ends around 9:30.

Btw I'm going to the Atlanta one :)

That is an interesting question. If I go I'll go in a suit probably, just in case. You might never know, maybe they see you dressing casual and then they wont give you anything because you look like someone that does not work for a company. If you see the Agenda the giveaways are at 9PM so it sucks you have to stay until the thing finishes so that you can participate in the giveaways.

I say if you dress business casual you should be fine. Suit may be taking it a bit far. Most of these events I've attended, that's what I've and many other people have wore.

Anyone in the Boston area want to buy me one of those server bundles and I can pay them back? I won't be in town then... I'd through in a little extra $$ to make at least a little worth their time...

usually you don't game on a server :p

You technically just need something so a display shows up.

That's why I didn't get this bundle...if I was going for an Opteron gaming solution, I'd find another board that had AGP on it :)
