1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
High-medium gaming, web browsing, and for study.

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
Not more than €1,050= $1,316.02

3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible.
The Netherlands

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.
See list

5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.
Yes, a LG Flatron W2243S-PF monitor and a brother DCP-130c.

6) Will you be overclocking?
No

7) What is the max resolution of your monitor? What size is it?
1920x1080

8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
Late august or September.

9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video (as a backup or main GPU)? UEFI? etc.
I don’t need Crossfire, SLI and Firewire. I do like USB 3.0, SATA 6Gb/s and eSATA. Onboard gpu and UEFI would be nice but is not necessary.

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?
Yes, Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit.

Well, that would work very well for gaming. For study you might want to add an SSD, though. It makes loading all kinds of programs faster.

If you're not overclocking, you could go with a cheaper B75 board. (Or H77.)

Agree on both points. Additionally:

- WD Blacks aren't worth the surcharge IMHO. This Seagate saves you some money.
- Your link to the RAM is broken, but make sure you don't get the one with tall heatspreaders.

Afuture.nl and seems to have very good prices and selections - I'd just order everything from there to keep it simple and save on shipping costs.

CPU i5-3550 187,40e
- slightly better mhz/eur than i5-3570; and you'll never notice the missing 100mhz
GPU Sapphire 7870 2GB OC 242,40e
Mobo Asrock H77 Pro4/MVP 79,70e
- no need for Z77 since you don't OC
HDD Seagate ST1000DM003 76,30e
- caviar black worth the extra 23 eur it would cost at komplett, and it's slightly slower
RAM G.Skill Ares 2x4 1600 42,60e
DVD LG GH24NS90 15,40e
PSU XFX 550W 42,60e
Case Corsair 300R 64,60e

= 751,00 eur

For your 1000 eur budget cap, an SSD is desirable, but by no means necessary. 1000 eur could get you a high/ultra settings + overclocker build (GTX 670 2GB, Z77 board, i5-3570K, CPU cooler for OC). If you're just interested in gaming and don't particularly mind about loading times or multitasking, it's fine to just lower your budget. SSD's keep getting cheaper and better, you can always buy one later. If you do want an SSD now, mycom.nl has the Samsung 830 256GB for 174e.

Edit: oh, and...
You probably want to ignore the links as they're in Dutch.
Finding components on Dutch sites is easy, you can pretty much guess what everything means. Like English, Dutch is a Germanic language, they have much in common, and many computer-related terms are imported from English

Edited post

Care to elaborate on what you changed? It looks largely the same as yesterday, but I'll admit that I didn't memorize your parts list.

EDIT: It does seem that you fixed the link to the RAM. That's the Vengeance kit with the silly tall heatspreaders that I was warning you about. Get the G.Skill that lehtv recommended instead.

Hmm, OK it looks good for the most part, but I would carefully consider the HDD, mobo, and RAM that lehtv suggested. The mobo doesn't have native eSATA, but that's a very cheap bracket that you can add.

EDIT: maybe I'm getting the GIGABYTE GA-H77-D3H instead of the GIGABYTE GA-Z77-D3H mobo as I won't be oc nor would I need SLI. I might also get the i5 3450 or 3470 instead of the i5 3570 as the performance change is very little.
