Seems the only way to remove the PG is the Postal Service Board of Governors. Right now there are 3 vacancies and 2 Democrats on the board. This is one of those tasks Biden hasn't gotten to but he needs to remedy ASAP. Remember the mail slowdowns by DeJoy just before the 2020 election to slow down mail in ballots? It will happen again.

Message to Joe's COS. Assign an underling get the 3 names and get them on the board so DeJoy can be fired.

My sister-in-law and her husband have both worked for the USPS for almost 20 years. According to them it's never been ‘great-great’, but it's been horrible the last five years!

Their biggest complaints that I hear in general conversations are with their Admin, the morale, and their union reps are dip shits.

They believe there is an active scheduling action by the administrators to ensure minimal to low staffing to keep production slow.

This happened in my state (Kentucky). We had 3 mail processing facilities in KY. He closed them all, and now sends ALL mail to Knoxville, TN to be processed. Even local mail across town, goes to Knoxville and back.
