Posting Strategy

How many of you read the first post in a thread and then just reply without reading the rest? Do you read some? All?

Personally, I try to read at least half before I post, just to see what others are saying. I don't think I've ever just posted without reading as much of it as I could.

Generally all of them, unless it is an extraordinarily long thread (i.e. 150+ posts), in which case like b0mbrman I reply when I first come across something of note.
