What are the size restrictions we should follow.

The search function is not working so I have a good excuse for asking this question.

Thanks.

I don't think there is a size limit when embedding images without an additional mod. The default is just the img tags and whatever link you put between them.

yeah, for now, just try to be reasonable, i posted a 3000x3000 png and some one complained, and being a reasonable person, i changed it

unless they pro grammatically restrict it, you have to use your best judgement

I like how Firefox shrinks an image to fit into your window and then gives you the option to expand it. It would be be awesome if these forums had similar sort of functionality.

Looks like no restriction at this time.

Just did one over 27209 long and it worked. 😛

Hint, enter longcat in google image search.

I have seen (on rage3D I think?) that the pics are automatically scaled to fit your resolution parameters. So nothing gets distorted - and you get a nice frame on top of each picture that if you click will show full size. Is it possible to have that enabled here?

Yeah, I was going to say, there is a mod that does resize images either to your resolution or no bigger than a certain resolution (then you click to make it bigger if you want). Very useful for some people here I suppose as they aren't used to seeing images all over the place (certain threads). Other thing is you can turn off IMG tags.
