5:14am here. Woke up recently after crashing around 7pm or so. Long plane rides suck , although I came on a 787 which was pretty awesome.

It's hard to know what I don't know, which would be specifics. I know that often "good" things aren't generally available here, but I'm too ignorant to say for sure.
