It's kinda hard to get used to the keyboard and the touchpad, but I am slowly getting used to it...

Geforce 4 Go 64 MB Vid Card
40 Gig Hard Drive
15.1 Ultra Sharp display (thing is so crisp I can't even see a pixel!)

haha, this is the freakin life.... i am watching monday night football on my tv, watching a dvd on my laptop, and surfing the net with my desktop... i cant think of a better way to spend my time...
 
Damn I hope you used some coupons, got some free upgrades, a rebate of $100 - $300 AND got free shipping ... otherwise you got ripped off.
 
I've got my new HP coming tomorrow....can't wait 🙂 I'm using a Thinkpad P-166 right now with a wireless card on my recliner, but this thing is getting too old.

Yep....got the deal I posted in fact: 1.2 GHz, 20 gig HD, 14" screen, CDRW, 256MB RAM, $979 + 12 months same as cash.

I'm debating whether I should or shouldn't purchase the same laptop. Only difference is 128MB of RAM(gonna get 256 from crucial) and just the DVD no burner. Should I really spend $1700 on something I really don't need?

well lets see.... ok now I am watching MNF on my TV, a DVD on my 19" monitor, and surfing ATOT on my 15" monitor.... and I can still think of better things to do... 😛

ANYWAY, that is a pretty sweet lappy... i'm a member of the "waiting until you can build your own lappy for cheap" crowd, so come see how koo my lappy is in 20 years... 😀
