I have a question...

How long would it take for you to read a 50 post thread where the average post is 1.5 paragraphs?

That will take me about 5 minutes if i'm in reading comprehension mode and using a 17" monitor at 1024x768

Bah....I've had a Compaq ipaq, HP Jornada, and Palm M505. Tried them all to see if I'd actually use them. Needless to say, after the newness wore off, they've been sitting on my shelf for months. Not worth the money, IMO.

I use mine every single day. I don't know how some people at work live without them.

I use mine for internet, AIM, mp3s, note taking, e-mail, contacts, movies, GPS navigation, and tasks. I also do some light gaming on it. I have a Toshiba E740

Thunderhawk is the best broswer for PPC, too bad theres a yearly service fee. There is a 30day trial, try it, I love it! Another alternative to the slow IE explorer would be netfront.

get AIM for free from AIM UK. The US version of it requires money for some reason...

Best mp3 player would be withmp3

best file explorer program, you can also map network drives to stream mp3s or such

best mpeg player, best divx player Be sure to lower bitrate and resolution so that it works decently on your PPC

I just use PocketDIVX to play my MP3's. No need to have two different programs ;)

its too slow at loading high resolution websites. its good for light browsing and avantgo. if you want to make it better, get MultiIE, its an addon for Pocket IE for stuff like full screen and such but it dosen't improve speed at all.

I had a 568 once. I think overall it was my favorite Pocket PC (and I've had many!).
