Pointless on my car. It's white and 10 years old with lots of wear and tear before I could get to it.
how about you do this:
Kind of shameful compared with some of the cars in this thread, but I gave my GF's beater an interior refurb a while ago. Here are the pics:

to your car? Nothing wrong with "sprucing up" your car whether it's 3 years or 30 years old. If you like your car, it should be worth your time to clean it up.

It's already at its maximum potential. Unless I repaint the whole interior (idk how to do that properly) then there is nothing else I can really do. Same for the carpet and fabrics. I'd have to replace it all with brand new material to get it up to standards (Maybe dye some of it if not replace, and that's difficult I hear).

I doubt that. I detailed my moms old I30 a few weeks ago and it looks much much much better now after a few hours of work than it did before. You have no idea what a can of oxyclean and a brush can do to interiors and clay bar for paint.

Before any waxing. If you're curious it's a 2004 Mercury Grand Marquis (literally my grandfather's car that I inherited upon his death). Paint is Subaru Regal Blue Pearl, PPG brand shot by my brother-in-law. He calls it "The Deep Blue Sea".

Washed the car today. I didn't have a shady place to do it unfortunately. I didn't wash the wheels. Too much of a PITA to do. (Requires a brush that I don't have, basically)

I guess the water supply here sucks because after washing my car yesterday it left hard water marks all over my car 🙁
