Except mine is in kms. Not great, I wish there was an engine temp and more configurable info in the digital display.
 
Not my pic, but mine looks identical. I have to wonder why the ozzies left out any sort of mark for redline, but not that big of a deal to me. I know where it is and only a minor issue if I'm in "manual" mode.

I kind of wish the last amber light and the red lights would eventually go out, leaving just a painted redline. The lights are just slightly distracting IMO. Certainly not a big deal, but I don't find the E46 M3 instrument cluster to be the height of readability.

I agree on the lights...good idea...lacking implementation. I can't remember if this was on the E92 M3 I drove...but I hope they still have it, just with a cleaner (less distracting) implementation. Either way, I agree the instrument cluster is not the best...but I do like having the oil temp reading.
