1975 i was makeing 50k year
1986 uped ot 120k a year
1993 finally out of high school! now can make real cash. got a job makeing 300k year.
2003 make 2 million a week. finally can afford a house in CA.

i moved to IL. cost of living is cheaper here.
but i am trying for a raise. need to cover the cost of driving my truck everywhere!

Internship throughout all years of college. Started my first real job last December.

2004: ~24,000/yr
2007: ~63,000/yr

I've been very lucky...

Yup. I'm a tad underpaid, but I have to look at the pro's. My company pays me to work from a home office, so that in itself is worth something I suppose.

FYI I moved to a new state in 93 where houses are dirt cheap :)

What industry did you leave? Sounds like some sort of business/engineering.
