I've looked at all of the resumes on this thread and the one thing that stands out on several is the long, long paragraphs of text. No-one HR drone will ever read all that text. Break it up into point form and condense it into readable one or two sentence notes. Also, try to keep your resume to one page, even if that means taking off experience. The idea is to customize your resume with the most relevant skills and experience for the job you are applying for.

Just my thoughts.

Nice list of accomplishments. Have you tried organizing it in a more professional format? In this order? Experience, skills, judging, competitions/appearences etc.?
