FLY, EAGLES FLY... On the road to VICTORY! 😉

If the Red Sox can win down 0-3 best of 7 to the Yankees, Philly can win w/out TO. Oh how sweet it would be!

Erm.. well they did end the GB undefeated in the playoffs at home streak during the winter not too long ago, with a younger vick and arguably worse team.

And philly has proven that they don't fare that much better at home in the playoffs enough for my tastes. And they will have had three weeks off before their first game, which I expect to carry over into their second game somewhat.

MrCodeDude, the Falcons can't play the Vikings in the Divisional Round. After Wild-Card round, it gets reseeded so no way #2 seed can play #6 seed. Falcons automatically play Packers if they win (#3 highest seed), if Vikings win then Falcons play winner of Rams/Seahawks game.

No, I am a big Broncos fan. If they can get past Indy, they might be scary. They got a D, they can score, their special teams kinda suck. If Champ Bailey can act like a "shut down corner, Plummer keeps his head on his shoulders instead of up his @ss, they establish the run, and they play mistake free, they are good enough to win it all. All the pieces need to come together, and I am not putting a lot of money on it happening.

Broncos are probably the most dangerous wild card team, but their also in the most dangerous conference. Broncos' defense is potent on both sides of the ball, its mistakes that kill them, and they have no chance to play at home.

No T.O. and a suspect team leader in Vick (yes he can run and make plays, but Atlanta is too hot/cold inconsistencies will most likely not carry them all the way. Its really anyones' NFC title in the NFC, except for the Rams, I seriously doubt they'll make it (they did beat the Eagles but they didn't dominate the backups like the Bengals did, and if you don't look all that great against scrubs, you won't beat 1st stringers on the road.)

14-0 run, homefield till the big game, a dominating defense and running game (with 4 healthy RBs that can get the job done), then its on the road against the NFC... I definately like the Steelers' chances.

Hopefully the playoffs are as exciting as they are shaping up to be.

Mark my words....

The colts will win the AFC. I promise that. The Eagles will NOT win the NFL. Maybe the Falcons win, maybe the Pack, maybe Minnesota, it depends on who decides to play, but I can assure you it won't be Philly.

With that said, the only way the Cotls do not win the Superbowl is if Brett Farve is playing against them, otherwise its Peyton Mannings time.

My thoughts exactly. I weep 🙁 I had such high hopes for this season. Well, at least we'll have Trevor Pryce back for the whole game. Hopefully he can be effective.

Vick suspect leader? Last Year without Vick: 2-10. Last Year with Vick: 3-1. 16.7% vs 75%, the difference in the team last year between 2-10 & 3-1 was one player and what a difference in winning one player makes. Since Vick's return: 14-4 (not counting losses where Schaub played whole game against NO & 3 quarters against Seahawks). Vick in his two years where he started majority of the season (2002 & 2004) he lead the team to the playoffs twice. He's still young & has a lot to learn passing wise (which is a scary thought once he "gets it") but it's undeniable he's a winner & impact-player. The fact that the team plays much better with him makes him a good leader imo.

Werd.

But Steelers over Eagles in an all Pa. Superbowl! Penn's woods, baby, it's a Quaker State of mind! 😉

All I know is I really doubt Eagles will win it all.

Reid and team have already shown they are weak in the postseason and in pressure games. This year they are looking worse going in than ever before. TO is out, two blowout losses to end the regular season, two close wins to second tier teams the last time the starters played. Now a close win doesn't necessarily mean anything. Look at how close the Steelers have kept many of their games. However, a good team seldom gets upset because when it counts, they show great confidence and skill and drive the ball all the way down the field and score. A lesser team loses it, gets nervous, tries to force passes, and messes up. For the Eagles, the Dallas and Washinton games were just messy. I don't get the sense that they can play from behind or under pressure especially now. I predict during one of the NFC games the Eages get behind and totally lose momentum.

Super Bowl, I'd like to see Green Bay and Pittsburgh.

I'm going with the Bronocs, I know its a long shot.

If only the cowboys and bears weren't so FVCKING HORRIBLE 🙁

are you completely retarded? they played scrubs in those "blowout losses," one game against a team that was fighting to get in the playoffs, and one that was fighting for a .500 record.

the eagles go into the post season this year with the same team that that got there last year, except with brian westbrook, jevon kearse, and a healthy secondary. combine that with a weaker nfc and how can they not make it?

please tell me one team that will beat them at home?

Two years ago no one really thought Tampa would beat Philly at Philly nor last year Carolina at Philly. But both NFC South teams won & represented the NFC in the SuperBowl, so I don't see why Atlanta can't do it as well.
