I got my ol P42A to 2980 MHz posting(2700 Stable), I thought it was pretty damn good.

Please share your experients with overclocking in general and how high you have cranked your CPU.

Celeron 266 hit 350 or around that.

Have a 2.8C and a 2000+ AXP at the moment, when the time for a new rigs comes I'll overclock them.

All with stock cooling and voltage

Celeron D 2.4 @ 4GHz
P4 2.4B @ 3.2Ghz
Celeron 300A @ 508MHz

Athlon XP 2500+ Barton @ 2.3Ghz

All run F@H and/or FAD stable

If it's open season, say just getting into windows for a bit before the crash, IIRC:

-3.4EE in the very high 3900s, but never could get to 4.0 (stable ~3850)
-2.4C M0 @ 12x307 (stable ~3400)

on air, under an SP94

2.4c@3.5ghz(1.58v)(stable) ....3.55ghz (1.65v)(not dual prime stable though stable at everything else)

1.6a@2.74ghz(1.71v)(stable)

1100mhz oc on a P4 is like a 750mhz on AMD64.....

1.8ghz@2.66ghz(1.57v)(stable).....2.7ghz (1.62v)(stable)

P4 1.80A @ 2.7 on 1.525v, all around stable

Record heat (80+) here in MA today, broke my winnie OC 🙁 so back down to 2565 we go... though I'm glad to discover this weakness now rather than later.
