I have a couple of various types of discount grocery stores around. I picked up this dip at one last month.

Helluva Good! brand, Backyard Barbecue flavor. Got this bright idea one day while looking for something to eat. Scooped some out, thinned it with Oat Milk, added some chunked white chicken and some extra sharp white shredded cheddar I have.

Mixed it all together then over some Fettuccini noodles.

I can't even describe how good it was.

Made enough dip/sauce for about three meals. Last batch is in the freezer waiting for just the right day.

Looked it up and this flavor is a 'limited edition', so I don't know if I'll ever find it again.

Flavored coffee k cups (Cherry Chocolate and Strawberry Shortcake) for $1 for 12 cups at Walmart. Sells for that same $1 online if the store has them. I don't normally drink flavored ones but an occasional one is fine. Currently have some Baileys Irish Cream ones that aren't half bad.

This is at the Amish surplus/salvage store I've mentioned before. A lot of stuff is close dated, or past date. This batch has a packed/processed date of 2/11/25, but no 'use by date' or similar. Food service type individual 3 lb vacuum packed bags designed for longer term storage. First samples yesterday smell and taste fine, no hint of problems.

Amazon ran a Promo a few days ago, $10 off a $30 order for a wide variety of Campbell's soup products. Along with some credits I had saved up, this box cost me $17 and change.

GroceryOutlet has gotten a bunch of Scout brand fish products. I think they might be going out of business. They've suspended sales from their site. I got their tuna a couple years ago, and it's top tier premium.

What I'm most excited about is tuna "salad" kits. It's a can of tuna packed in olive oil, with a packet of dry topping you put on top. GO currently has the jalapeño which is fantastic. The entire package is either recyclable, or biodegradable. Even has a wooden spork. I hope they get the other flavors eventually. $1.49/each. I bought one to test last week, and bought 12 more today. I'll probably get a few every week til I deplete their stock. I also got a 5oz can of smoked wild salmon I'm excited about. That was $3.30. I still have to try it, but if it passes, I'll buy a ton more. They also have smoked mussels, and rainbow trout in dill. I'll probably try them, but that isn't really my jam.
